Shipping policy

SHIPPING 

We are a small business, and we appreciate your patience as we carefully pack all our orders. In stock items will be ready to ship in 3-4 business days, timeline will be advised on custom orders when the order is placed.  Most orders are shipped via Canada Post trackable and typically arrive within one week within Canada.  We will provide you with your tracking number once your order has been shipped, please allow 24 hours for the tracking details to be updated. 

If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us and we will do our utmost to get it there on time; additional shipping charges may apply. 

Please note that no changes can be made to the delivery address you have provided once your order has been placed. We are not responsible for shipped items lost due to incorrect shipping address.  

DELIVERY COST:  

Free shipping on orders over $100 before taxes and after any discount within Canada. 

$15.00 flat rate of shipping for all other orders within Canada. 

For shipping outside Canada, please contact us for a quote. 

Import Duties & Taxes 

All customs duties, taxes or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.  We are required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms and on the packing slip.  Delays at customs do occasionally occur.
